Heather’s mantra through clearing cancer became “Today I choose…” - every day she would choose joy, resilience, courage, laughter or some other emotion that helped her face the day. She continues that daily mantra today. It helps her manage her mindset so well that when she saw how much people needed inspiration during the Covid-19 pandemic, she set to work creating affirmation cards, journals, clothing and more to inspire others to choose the attitude that helps live their best life!
